hi doc. this is the only way i have to get ahold of you. i am very upset about the bill i received from your office. i had my 2 dane pups ears done at your clinic in november 09. i got a role of tape to take home with me when i picked my girls up. asked the girl to send me a bill on it if needbe. gypsy had pulled a couple of stitches loose shortly after the surgery. she was not really awake yet. the girl called me & said to pick them up the next day because she needed to be restitched. o.k. then if she was still in your care... why do i have to pay for it. she was still under. please let me know as i have no phone. thank you very much. i have brought my danes to you for some time now. i like your work. have a good evening. diana .
